Shipping Information

This policy applies to New Zealand. We have designed this policy to make sure you understand our shipping policies and procedures clearly. By ordering from PawTech, you accept the policies contained herein.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined by the delivery location. Please refer to the table below for a detailed breakdown of applicable charges.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). 
  • Order Cut-Off Time will be 02:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time. Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Delay:

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including

  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Errors by the shipping company NZ Post.

Important: PawTech cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. Customs authorities solely determine when to release your package, and we have no control over this process.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@pawtech.co.nz.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@pawtech.co.nz or call us at +64 210 824 6643 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.

Incorrect address

If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
